Our Clubhouse is available for event rental by current homeowners in Trails West.
Please fill out and submit the event request seen below. If the date is available, you will receive an email and the time will be reserved. You will then need to download and complete the Clubhouse Rental Form and mail it, along with two checks made payable to the Trails West Homeowner’s Association Inc. One for the rental fee of $75.00 and another for the refundable deposit of $200.00. The checks and the form should be mailed to the address listed below for processing. Note on the check that it is for a clubhouse rental and the date of the event. Clubhouse rentals must be paid for by a current homeowner in the Trails West Community.
