Trails West Master Association Assessment:  $1000/year  ($250.00/quarterly)

This assessment is charged to all Trails West residents. The quarterly payment is due on the first day of  Jan, Apr, July & Oct.

The 2024 assessment is unchanged from F.Y. 2023.
