Welcome to Trails West!

We are a community of 350+ homes including single-family and townhomes, located about 4.5 miles north of downtown Deland, Florida on U.S. Hwy 17 (Woodland Blvd). Our community was established in 1981 and is diverse in its people, families, and cultures. We are an active community and take pride in the appearance and neighborhood atmosphere of Trails West.
